How we work
Our NGO is registered in Cologne, but our team is spread all around the world. That's why we meet every two weeks virtually to check in on our tasks. We also like to do a team retreat once a year where we all come together to brainstorm, plan next steps and have a good time. Next one is planned to be with a joint visit in Uganda. The workload is discussed individually and depends on your availability.
Your responsibilities
Your tasks at Partnering for Rural Health e.V. depend entirely on your strength - and what you would like to learn! From updating the website, creating social media posts, organizing fundraising activities, financial planning to project planning with our current partners or identifying new partnerships - it can be anything.

Are you in the medical field and have unused (but still in good shape) medical equipment or hospital furnishing? Or do you have any other equipment that could be useful for a hospital?
